Once shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number to follow your order’s journey home.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of their parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at The Courier Guy offices:

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS | IMPORT TAXES

For international customers, please be aware that customs and import taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Customs and import taxes will differ depending on your location, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. Please note Glamzza is required to declare the full value of the international shipment, and include an invoice with each delivery. For further information please contact your local customs office.

   

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

We highly recommend customers that work in offices during the day and won't be home for collection to provide their office address rather than their residential address.

We cannot guarantee your local courier will leave a calling card, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please refer to your tracking link, or contact us for further tracking updates.

Glamzza does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will NOT be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.

To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at glamzza@gmail.com
