Hey lady, it didn't work out? No sweat, it happens!
If you change your mind for any reason we are more than happy to return all full-price purchases by EFT
- Requests for a return must be made within 10 days of receiving your parcel
- Please keep in mind that all return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for peace of mind we do recommend you use a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery.
- Once your return has been received and approved, please allow up to 3 business days to receive a proof of payment. Please keep in mind that original shipping costs, duties or taxes paid are non-returnable.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
All products must be returned;
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Free from make up and fake tan
- Not smell of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES NOT TO DAMAGE OR STAIN. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
Glamzza makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item.
All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace or refund the garment at your preference. Please contact us with your faulty item description immediately upon receiving your parcel, and include a photo of the fault so we can resolve this as fast as possible for you!

YOU RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with any photos of the item and packing slip and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.
When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
Glamzza reserves the right to deny an exchange/refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy. Returns of merchandise that are stained with deodorant, makeup, tanning product or any other substance will be denied.
For the avoidance of doubt, goods that have been intentionally damaged due to misuse will be denied.
Items purchased using a coupon code are eligible for returns or exchanges, however the value of the item will stay the discounted amount.
Glamzza is not liable for any lost incoming returned parcels.
